Thank you for shopping with The Han Edit. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across the United Kingdom.


1. Shipping Areas

We ship to addresses within: 

England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland

We do not currently ship to: 

Channel Islands, Isle of Man & BFPO addresses


2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

During high-demand periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 working days
  • Express Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Northern Ireland Delivery: 2–5 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.

We may offer:

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £35
  • Limited-time promotional free shipping

Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Northern Ireland Orders

Orders to Northern Ireland may experience slightly longer transit times due to regulatory processes.

Where required, we will ensure products are shipped in compliance with applicable UK regulations.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details (if applicable)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Not collected from a delivery point

We may charge a redelivery fee.


8. Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Import or customs delays on incoming stock
  • Peak seasonal demand

We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and item(s)

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.


10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
