The original hydrocolloid spot patch — the one that got half of K-beauty into pimple patches in the first place. It draws fluid out of an active blemish overnight, flattening it while shielding the area from picking, friction and bacteria, so it heals faster and cleaner than if you'd left it alone.
Apply to clean, dry skin as the last step of your routine, ideally once a pimple has started to come to a head. Leave it on for six to eight hours — overnight is easiest — and swap it for a fresh one once it turns cloudy white; that's the patch telling you it's done its job. Each pack holds 24 patches across three sizes, so you can match the patch to the pimple rather than the other way round.
